About Belle Wine Bar

Norh-man Moralejo brings his expertise in craftsmanship and design paired with love of great wine and cheese to Ubud, Bali. A true Parisian, Norh-man spent most of his life and career travelling the world in the fashion industry.

After making a shift into restaurant management for some of the top bars in LA and Paris, the pandemic gave him the opportunity to re-evaluate. He fell in love with Bali, and a girl who loved cheese boards. The only thing missing was a chic place in Ubud to take her for a great glass of wine. And that’s how Belle was born.

He chose a small abandoned retail shop on Monkey Forest Road and re-designed & constructed the space with his own hands and a great team around him. Belle is a love story everyone who steps inside for a sip can feel.
